What to expect

  • Two concept videos per month (released on the first and third Monday of the month) discussing that month's theme. â€‹

  • At least four self-guided activities per month corresponding with the concept videos and monthly theme. Two will invite greater mindfulness and two will invite small changes you can do to align your life with who you are.

  • One guided meditation specifically designed to enhance that month's theme.

  • Possible bonus content including things like journal prompts, yoga flows, art prompts, visual aids, book recommendations, and more. All will be associated with, you guessed it, that month's theme.​

This subscription will not provide 1:1 support but will give you content to interact with at your leisure. It is not a substitute for therapy, coaching, or any other supportive service. It is meant for educational purposes only, and not meant to diagnose or act as medical treatment. As Elizabeth will not be available for 1:1 support, it is recommended that you have a support system in place while participating (therapist, coach, doctor, friends, family, etc.)
